What if my child has never done martial arts before?

How do you handle kids with ADHD or behavioral challenges?

What's your safety protocol?

Safety is non-negotiable. All instructors are Safe Sport certified. Classes are age-appropriate with strict student-to-instructor ratios (max 12 for ages 4-7). We teach control BEFORE intensity. New families receive a full safety briefing.

How long until we see real results?
